Cultivator Natural Products is symbol of the quality organic product in the World. We do the following steps to maintain the quality of our herbs & herbal raw material in each and every step. As the company evolved in the organic production, processing & export of Certified Organic herbs & Herbal raw material. So in the whole process there is no involvement of any kind of chemical fertilizer or pesticides.

Seeds / Planting material: This is the first need to cultivate any plant. We have a 25 years long experience in the field of medicinal plants cultivation and seed production. We have our own seed bank of more than 1000 medicinal plants spp. For the commercial cultivation also seeds are produced by us in our seed production field from the selected + plants from the whole population to make the better generation of plant. All the seeds are certified organic.

Soil Preparation & Soil Solar Sterilization: In the summer the temperature rises more than 45°C in western Rajasthan. The first step of soil preparation is done in the summer . So the soil get expose to the sun to become natural sterilization. This soil is further prepared in the rainy season for the cultivation of medicinal plants.

Cultivation: The cultivation of maximum medicinal plants is done in the rainy season. We follow all the technical methods for the cultivation as per the norms of WHO's Good Agriculture Practices (GAP). The cultivation includes seeding / planting, intercultural operations like – weeding, irrigation, manuring etc & all the methods of pre-harvesting management. We have also developed the technique to conserve the natural moisture.

Harvesting: This period is a critical period to maintain the quality of our raw material to get the maximum phytochemicals in the plant. Each any every plant spp. contain their maximum phytochemcials in one stage. This stage is identified by our company to harvest the plant.

Post Harvesting Management: This is the further step to improving the quality of herbs & herbal raw material. We take care of this step very much to keep our material safe from the microbial load and any other contamination without any loss of the active ingredients.

Processing: Processing step is the further step to make the better quality of the product. All the machines & equipments are well cleaned after each lot process with the air pressure to make it clean from each and every corner of the machine. Our machines are designed by our engineers as per our requirements and these machines are working very nicely without any processing error. We have a facility to do the customer specific processing also.

Packing: Packing is the further step, which keep the quality of the processed material. Generally the packing depends upon the buyer's demand. We use the HDPE bags & material, LD, PP, Paper laminated bags with liner etc. packing material for the different products.

Storage: Storage is the next step to maintain the quality of the packed material. We have a completely covered building with the proper infrastructure for the safe and hygienic storage of the material.

Export: Now the quality material is ready to export. We have overseas export of our best quality products. We take too muck care about the timely dispatch of the goods.
