12-14 April 2016, Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Paris
22 October 2015 – in-cosmetics returns to Paris in 2016, for what will be the event’s biggest instalment in its 26 year history. Taking place from 12-14 April 2016, the free-to-attend exhibition will be 1,000m2 larger than the previous year, with more than 700 international suppliers showcasing the latest cutting edge ingredients, raw materials and technologies, alongside new interactive show features.
As the world’s largest exporter of cosmetic products, the strength of the French personal care sector is expected to play a key role in the success of the 2016 event. Exports of French cosmetics grew by 6.2 percent in the first half of 2015, enabling the country to maintain its position as the sector leader.
Globally, the picture is equally positive, with the worldwide cosmetic market expected to grow to a value of US$675Bn by 2020. And while Western Europe is a key contributor, North America continues to be the largest personal care market in the world, comprising 18% of the sector and boasting more than 2,000 cosmetic manufacturers.
